3000+ RP Apex predators in Diamond lobbies

Apex Predators with nothing to lose (rewards) being paired against players who do have something to lose makes no sense. Many other game developers have addressed this problem by removing players from ranked who reach the highest / final ranking. Again, why do this? To prevent trolling, feeding, boosting, and to curtail other styles of game play that shouldn't be rewarded. In Apex this is best seen as the best players are freed from the shackles of placement concerns and treat ranked like it's not. I know there's a ranking system beyond that - but making Diamond players become fodder for these players isn't competitive or particularly fun.

@EA_Blueberry Come on man.  I can't get through Diamond on Ps4 if every game the Champion squad consists of SoaR Kobi, BackOffMyJankz, CujoThaGod, etc.  

Give predators their own separate lobbies because they are just massacring everyone in these supposedly Diamond lobbies.  

Very fair ranked mechanics when queueing up for Diamond to go up against Streamers and content creators that have 30,000+ kills with one character.  

I've a feeling Diamond tier is the 'perfect storm' of:

1) The game's most skilled players

2) + The game's most well funded players (2080ti, 1440p, 144Hz *is* a competitive advantage)

3) + The game's most numerous cheaters, both for themselves, and as smurf accounts boosting friends.

There's nothing Respawn can do about 2), but more proactive action against 3), and better matchmaking graduation to address 1), would definitely improve ranked for the 2% who reach diamond 4 then stall/quit.

This. It’s very difficult to get to Apex Predator level. The problem is there’s just too much grind. The road is too long, therefore there’s only a scant few players who achieve it. The result is there just aren’t enough players to maintain solid lobbies.  A solution would be to reduce the RP needed to advance each rank, considerably. Otherwise, we’ll just have what we have now. Mixed ranked lobbies the higher you get. 

OK i will try break this down real simple for everyone to understand (i hope it works)

- The battle pass season is only x long (they keep changing the length) and the ranked season runs alongside/ inline with the battle pass season.

- There for your Ranked experience is only for that season and then everyone goes back to gold 4...

I personally think that getting to Predator in ranked is the ultimate goal, so once you get to predator that's it. No more actual ranked for that season for that player (i.e no more RP games)

upon getting to Predator they unlock "Predator" trackers to track how many predator kill's & how many predator game wins they get ect.. Then if they go into ranked lobby (before season ends) and Q, they only Q with other Predators and get put in a predator only match. The Q time might be longer for them for a little while at the beginning, but as the players in Diamond will have a fighting chance to get to predator without getting wiped by predators (as they are now) the predator lobby will fill up quickly. 

We need to keep the incentive for predators to want to play in raked but also have the responsibility to keep matches fair (its only good sportsmanship imo, please think about this Apex Devs)

Such a small percentage of players are Diamond and Pred so most times then not, you'll have at least 25% of the Diamond Lobby being Preds.

Played Diamonds the other night and got into 3 games with Diego, as well as Imperial.
