4:3 resolution without black bars?

Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Not sure, not applicable
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Trying to fix it with NVIDIA control panel which didnt end up working.

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? A lot, it occured when i tinkered with settings
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) Today and Yesterday but was probably a bug on release.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Black bars appear at the top and bottom of the screen.
What should be happening instead? It should show the entire game and the game shouldn't have black bars. The screen should be filled with the entire game instead of just black bars.
