The Wildcard Vortex Shield

From the crazy buster rifle to a shield that is pretty boring and ineffective. It's fine for 1v1 combat but you're rarely doing 1v1 in Wildcard. It doesn't really work in a larger battle format. Good idea, but seems more like a legend ult than a strategy that all players will adopt.
