A minor detail: +1 in the chamber
Just a minor detail to add. When partially reloading there should be one extra bullet in the chamber.

@mrwallace777 This would just lead to players abusing it by shooting a bullet and constantly reloading the gun to then have like 100+ mag, which then becomes worse than a Rampart Ult.
