abandon penalty

Can you guys remove the penalty of leaving rank match, like why are we getting penalized when our own teammate just wants to camp and not fight like, i'd like to queue up and not wait around for this guy to die when all he's gonna do is camp, i dont care losing a few point if i can get more if i can get more kills and place higher.

Hope they change it to a -100 RP so people that don't understand this is a strategy game as well as a shooter stay in bronze with their kind, and people that play smart aren't held back in rank by having them on their team.
