abandon penalty

first i came here to hate on the state of this season and it most annoys me that i cant play ranked because the game thinks i left my rotten minded teamates when my banner went out and my team mate was on the verge of death ... im not that toxic to anybody but this is * annoying how am i supposted to rank up when i can get a pennalty every * moment
