Ranked system is trash

There are issues lots of creators and people have spoken about in the community when it comes to ranked.  I dont mean how much rp you make from kills or placement or any of that.  I was plat last season and am now silver which is fine, it’s the fact I’m running into games with rookie players, the lowest possible rank and they’re getting slaughtered by the people with ranked experience especially right now with it being new season and everyone from diamond and silver is now in silver lobbies.  Same goes for preds being put into platinum matchmaking, it makes no sense to me.  With the rookies these are new players to ranked or ones coming back from not playing the game in a while and watch them not want to play ranked or the game in general after getting lit up by a sweaty wraith or a full team of ex diamonds grinding their way back up the ranks.  Same with plat lobbies last season I ran into games with 1-16 preds especially in first split but even then second split I ran into multiple top 50 preds.  It’s part of the reason playerbase is lacking is because you guys aren’t considering the new players or the guys who just got off work and want to play a little ranked just to run into a pred ranked sweaty ash who has already put 10 hours into the game that day.
