About gold laser sites

It's a bit late since it was implemented, but...  I just realized this today, so I'm making a suggestion.

The effect of the gold laser sight on the RE45 is clearly incorrect; please fix it.

Obviously, a setting where hip-firing results in zero spread is clearly absurd.

Instead of applying an effect based on a fixed absolute value, please adjust the magnification.

The low spread rate of handguns is, to begin with, physically abnormal.
