anticheet false positive

hello apex communityso i was banned in 13,08.2025 ; Reason was Gameplay enchancment (right in the middle of my 20BUCK ULTIMATE PLUSS BATTLE PASS)and was unbanned for "PHISHING" reasons 11.06.2026, at first my ban was permanent i appealed like over 20 times and always got back an automated response, that we did our investagations and concluded that youre a cheeter yadaa yadaaa yaa, i do not get why is the TOS team boasting about a FLAWLESS anticheet when its flawed, actual people who havent done anything wrong get banned and they are telling us that THERS NO FALSE POSITIVES!!!!!!!!! i havent goten any e mails about, Hey where sorry that we banned you heres youre compensation for the time youve lost/money, EA is forgettign that the player make the game succsesful not big brain EA, why cant there be any appreciation for the player who stick throu all of this garbage!!!
