@Iamsorry_yI honestly think they should start with getting a better online real item merch store, so they don't have to "demand" as much in-game. I made a post a while ago about how people crafted their own real life heirlooms, and they sold (and were out of stock) for 200+ bucks. If a team got together and revamped the store, it should help a lot.

I say this, to where they can be less worried with how many free packs players get. I know heirlooms are meant to be rare, but they're hardly rare, when almost all the low levels run around with one.
