About my APEX account has been banned
On May 23, 2025, my account was banned, and even around May 21, 2025, I had just purchased the new skins and entrance animations for ASH and Pathfinder, and I didn't even start experiencing it.
The reason for banning my account is that I used a cheat, causing others to drop off or affect other people's games, I am very puzzled, I am a veteran gamer, I hate people who use illegal tools to play, but now, my account is labeled like this and then banned. APEX is also the only game where my account has been banned, and I have submitted applications and evidence many times, and there may be evidence that the account has been stolen, but I still can't overturn the ban on my account.
I am very angry, I don't agree with the results of my many appeals, I think the reason for the plug-in is an insult to my personality, it disappoints me too much, I just played APEX, I thought he was a great game, but now, the operation team doesn't seem to pay attention to my complaints. I hope the operations team can help me get back to using my account to play. I can't believe that after I recreate my account, my new account will be banned again due to wrong decisions, and I don't even know which action I will cause my account to be permanently banned by the operation team.
In just a few months of contact with APEX, I recharged a lot of money to run my account, and I cherished it very much, and since the ban on my account, I have been devastated, and until today (August 6, 2025), I have basically said goodbye to all games. This makes my life outside of work very boring.
