You know its bad when ive been gaming since online gaming was created...
APEX CREATORS could not botch and ruin a game more then they managed to do over the last 3 seasons....(17-19)
How in the world could they be stupid enough to make the changes they have made... from season 17 where sweetdreams makes pred without even firing his gun....
and anyone who wants to make masters can EASILY rat into the second highest possible rank in the game... are they that dumb that they couldnt see that coming???? MINDBLOWING
...then to season 18, the complete polar opposite which made it unplayable so i sat out the whole season.
...then season 19, i had high hopes they would correct the terrible season 18 debacle (i should know better as they never improve anything)
They make it so you have to gain 4000xp per rank which in the lower ranks is absurd, THEN to top it off now they make it so you have to either win a game or get top 5, 3 of 5 games... which means solo Q is out of the question, unless you just wanna bang your head against the wall until you happen to get half decent teammates.
I do have friends that are good at the game but since we all have a life outside of apex the amount of time our schedules match up and i can 3 stack is at most a couples hours a night maybe 2-3 nights a week. Not near enough time to gain the amount of XP they require. Also the lack of incentive to even engage in a fight cause there is no clear xp numbers for getting kills just turns into a lobby full of people playing hide and seek trying to survive to top 10 so they dont loose the ridiculous -50xp at ranks as low as bronze. I could go on for days about how bad of a job they have done over the last 3 seasons..... and its not just me its literally everybody i know that plays (or used to play) the game. This system would work i suppose if i had 4-6hrs a day to play with a 3 stack. But any normal person does not have that kind of time. So now all they have done is make the game unplayable, we are barley in season 19 and just seeing the time it would require to rank up even with all +xp games is unreasonable and therefore playing the game is pointless.
That being said i want to say THANK YOU to the apex creators, now that the game is such a miserable experience to play i have actually progressed in many other areas of my life as i do not waste time playing apex anymore. But it was fun while it lasted you guys did make a fun game to play, to bad you had to go and ruin it. As they say all good things must come to an end. Happens to every game eventually.
