If the players you're referring to will climb the Ranked ladder in a timely fashion, why expedite the process?
There's no way average players are encountering highly skilled players every match. Additionally, unless players are cheating (game exploits), then let them be. For example, a returning experienced player shouldn't be thrust into higher ranks because their current lobby is less skilled. They should be able to enjoy their Ranked grind just like everyone else.
Lastly, if you're hot dropping and getting slammed then stop hot dropping, especially if you're solo queuing. Change your strategy. Find different ways to play and counter skilled players. Poke your chest out a little more. 💪👊😡
