Account Banned after i reported it being hacked
My account was hacked a couple years ago I just noticed it just recently. I tried to log into my EA account but not only was the email changed but the PC version was banned. I soon discovered that my playstation link account was still active so I got back into my account through that. I couldnt change the email back because of the email verification. So I contacted ea to get it sorted. I wrote abt it being hacked and provided screenshots proving that the ea account belongs to my email not the hacker. I just checked to see if anything was fixed when I looked at my account it said my ea account was BANNED. Why, the cheating wasnt me I provided proof that the email which created account was mine. Yet they banned it and didnt change the email. I'm unsure whether this is fault with ea or they are banning it prevent the hacker from doing anything else. But I have spent money and used my apex account alot plus I also need to for college
Please help me resolve this issue I dont want to start again
