my account was hacked and used to cheat, no my account is banned. I contacted EA to resolve the problem and all they said was yep it was used to cheat, your banned. I did not use my account to cheat IT WAS HACKED. I have spent money on this account, do your research on my account and unban it. I will not purchase or play another EA game until this is resolved. I will tell everyone I game with about the experience I have had with EA and they will follow suit. This is ridiculous that you are going to ban me for something that someone else did, check IP addresses or something, why would I put all the work in to the account and just now start cheating. How many other player do you think have or will have this happen. This is the tactic the cheaters are now using, hijacking others accounts. FIX IT NOW or I’m done with EA for good!

Already did all that, they sent me to the EA security ppl and all they did was send me an email 3 days later saying yep your account was used to cheat, your banned bye. Again I did not use my account to cheat.

I’m also giving the steps to contact ToS team:
Head to https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
Select Origin as the product.
Select your platform.
Select “Manage my account” as the topic.
Select “Banned or suspended account” as the issue.
Compose a new massage to ToS team.
The ToS team will investigate your account in few days.

The ToS team is the team to discuss bans and if they know the hacker cheated on your account, they will unban you. In Answers HQ, nobody can do anything about your ban.

Like I said I have already gone thru them and all they said was yep your account was used to cheat, you are banned bye. I did not use my account to cheat! Someone hacked it and used it!

The ToS team should have access to the ip logs of where your account was accessed from; those logs would be able to verify (or contradict) your claim.

Not saying it doesn’t sound like a usual excuse, I understand that, but it was not me. Why would I put all the work in to the game, why would I pay money in the game knowing it would get banned if I cheated. Why wouldn’t I just make another free account to cheat on so that I don’t lose anything when I get reported. It makes no sense for me to buy skins and battle passes on an account and to try and cheat on that account, I had over 303 hours on the account before this happened. I didn’t do it.
