Add option to turn off automatic weapon swap when out of ammo.

An option for this would be great, I've had problems with it as well. 

In addition, please include a separate key to perform the finisher, as I've had multiple occasions where I want to close/open a door and instead am stuck in the finisher for 6 seconds.

    Interaction conflicts with body boxes, doorways, and res'ing a teammate can be problematic too.

    Not as bad as accidentally initiating an execution, but definitely frustrating.
