Add the slow down by heavy ammo effect to all guns or remove it completely
Not only is the Flatline the best gun in this game but adding this slow down makes it irreplaceable. If you pick any other gun you are basically throwing

This should be removed completely. Maybe allow slowing only on a W/sprinting target, so if he try to run and you hit him, to have a chance to catch on him.
But make it equal for heavy/light/energy ammo.
Snipers and shotgun got no business in here.
