Add time penalty/quarantine to players leaving early in PUBS

Players leaving early in PUBS is a growing issue that needs to be addressed! The amount of games I've played where i got to the point where i can resurrect a single player or the team just to realize they left.

When a player leaves it takes away a big chunk of the chance for the team to get into a good fight and hopefully win the game.
I find the fact that they can do it without any form of consequence while they are taking away the fun for other players questionable.

I am not asking for days or even hours but give them 10-30 minutes quarantine just to mitigate some of the rising problem
Players should be able to leave when there is no chance of getting revived (like banner timeout)


could also take away legendary skins/hairlooms or coins.

Please address this issue in some way or form,  this is a game where you rely on your team. So please try and ''force'' reliable teams.

And also... Please do something about the amount of hackers...

    Hmm, yes it was a Bangalore. Her smokes aided us too.
    And I decided to go scan duration instead of swift replacement since it was final ring. Which helped us locate Ash, the final opponent.
    I might do that one more often then.

    I do stand by my post. 
    I do see the point about the “forcing” people to stay. But they do as in every situation have a choice! 
    they can choose to leave and get penalized or they can stay in the match and be able to que right up when the match is over. 

    On a side note, what is your experience with higher “ranked” players. As I do have a lot of fun and great games with both sides of the ranked scale. I’ve noticed that most of the toxic players I meet and who leave early are diamond or higher ranked. What is your experience with this observation?

    @Zulkiers "That one time" isn't good enough for me. I get brain dead teammates &/or ridiculously good enemies (cheats, smurfs, 3 stacks, etc.) over 90% of the time, so I'm quitting all lost causes. I'll get the death against my KDR either way.

    You can report quitters because it allows you to, but I seriously doubt Respawn would ever ban somebody for that. Reporting them makes you feel good but does nothing to change anything.

    @HappyHourSumwur Actually, I've gotten many emails in response to my reports.
    I have over 35 sitting in archive saying "action was taken"

    I never really get past silver.
    I'm a terrible shot so it makes sense.
    Honestly, I was surprised I made Silver. I highly doubted I'd make it there.

    With the new system coming next season, I doubt I will play ranked. Seems more like a Mixtape. With what I've read about previous versions of Rumble, it seems like they'll be putting ranked vs pubs, which honestly doesn't seem fair to me.
    Thus, I'll play straightforward. No randomizing. Playing straight trios and duos, and if I want Mixtape then Mixtape. I normally hate Mixtape unless I need swift matches for a quest.
    I wish Arenas was still a thing. That was honestly the BEST mode ever.
    That and Shadow Royale. There weren't any quitters in Shadow Royale, at least not on my teams.
    Because everyone kept on as a repeatedly respawned shadow until the final member died.
    If I wasn't ratting, I always ended up a shadow real swiftly. And reshadowed as a shadow dozens of times per match.
    Yes I'm that bad. Or my connection's that bad. Either way, bad.
    15MB connection on 25+ year old lines probably damaged by weather.
    And Centurylink refuses to fix the lines and wants to reduce us to 3MB.
    Considering many people have almost GB speeds nowadays, why would we accept a reduction? ------ I'm venting. Ignore it.
    Anyways...
    Shadow Royale and Arenas were my favorite things to do.
    I wish they would bring those back.
