Add Ukrainian localization

Indeed, Ukraine as a region needs to be seen as a separate from the russia region not only because the least is invading our country right now but the throughout century's language and cultural erasing towards Ukrainians. we need to be heard and already proven our existence as a separate nation with completely different language and culture. Ukraine btw also shown its financial profit on the gaming market.

We love Apex Legends and how vibrant and diverse this game is and want to be seen too, we are the biggest counrty in Europe, rn defending its values and have the right to play such a big online game in Ukrainian language.

We also have lots of volunteers who will gladly help with translation and other technical stuff ( UnlocTeam or Shlyakbytraf). im 100% sure they would be glad to work on such an amazing and big project as Apex Legends!
