Adjusting Valkyrie

Valkyrie, when compared to the other legends, maybe too well kitted. 

She has a great ultimate, a tactical that does damages and stuns people which can be initiated with her jetpack or her ultimate allowing for easy picking, a passive that grants her more movement than all the other legends passive, tacticals and some ultimates, and another passive being fuel regen and threat vision. 

Since her jetpack passive is truly a tactical with a different name, can you guys just make it official (with fuel regen and threat vision as passives) and get rid of her missiles? If not, can you reduce the flight time and mobility granted by this passive to make it on par with other legends passive? Her passive cooldown is inexistent and she has so much mobility out of it. Either that or upgrade all the other legends passives. 

If not, please adjust her missiles. Get rid of the stun or make it stun and damage her as well if inside a certain radius. Her missiles does more than most other legends tacticals. Or upgrade the other legends tacticals.
