AIM ASSIST IS TOO STRONG
Controller players. The current state of Aim Assist is awful, its ABSOLUTELY an advantage to play on controller in the late stages of the game, or during any close range engagement. I see the Issue ...
Its not trust me, try to play with a controller yourself and you’ll see. I play apex the majority on ps4 and when hop onto my pc I dont even have to try to control the recoil, it feels so better, so much more natural from the small adjustments and flicks. People who complain about controllers have to realize theyre worse than those players skillwise, dont make excuses.
@nvstrike not so sure, what if someone use a Cronusmax with a "no recoil" script?
Thats definitely unfair towards others that are using legit controllers. But still KBM is superior when it comes to gunplay type games like Apex. Maybe itll help you alot against pc players but any person whos proficient with kbm will outgun them. Movement is horrible with a controller so you will have to rely on perfect accuracy to compete with a kbm person.
@nvstrike
You know that Cronus Zen can emulate that you use a controller on PC to get the Aim Assist, even when you use M/K?
Also it is a problem, that it is a device between m/k and pc, scripts were executed directly in that device and the anti cheat software can't detect that because there is no process in the background on your PC.
i don't wanna advertising that device, i just wanna say that such devices ruining multiplayer online games.
I literally switched to console cause my PC broke and I was destroying lobbies just because of how incredibly OP the aim assist is in this game, I practically 1 clip every enemy. I immediately went to this forum to check if people agree and it seems I'm correct. It honestly is too strong. I don't need to worry about fast moving enemies. A tweak to my sensitivity helped me with close enemies too. It seems you controller players are the ones making excuses.
