Almost no to no points per kill

Hi legends,

I started playing again in season 15 and in the last three splits/season I have had bad luck or something is wrong with my account.

1. In one season my rank got reset three times;
2. The other season I did not receive any points for kills;
3. And this season I get a maximum of 6 points per kill.

Is there something that I am missing? Because on the past 10 kills I have received a maximum of 6 points on a kill. This whilst in the same fight, with the same teams, my teammates are rewarded 10+ points per kill.

I am aware of the fact that there is an hidden MMR system, but ranking up is unnecessarily slow if you for example only get 8 points for 4 kills.

Is there something that I can do to change the streak of "unluck" on my account?

I like the game and am not hating on it what so ever, I am just confused about why this happens.
