The below are 5 out of 7 matches today. The other 2 matches did not posted as we died on drop. This happens everyday and since last season its much worse, so can someone explain to me if this season's matchmaking is completely trash or am I doing something wrong ?

You're not doing anything wrong. Ever since I started using the tracker, I've noticed I'm constantly being placed in lobbies with the same people.
When I see the same 3stack master/preds or cheater I've encountered, I simply exit the game and look for another match.
Matchmaking is the worst in the world and if you play solo you often get teammates that are much weaker than you, but in the same lobby you will probably see several pre-made teams, including those with master/preds badges.
