Apex account has been banned

Can someone help me? My Steam account was hacked, and I don't know what violating content was posted in the Steam community, which led to a series of games in my Steam library being banned. This includes Apex. At first, I didn't realize that my Steam account had been hacked, so I wasted several appeals. Later, when I truly understood the reason for the ban, I had already used up all my appeal attempts. The Apex account has become a part of my life; I have played for over 2,400 hours. Just before it was banned, I even purchased some Apex packs and got heirloom shards. My Apex account contains heirlooms for Revenant, Wraith, Ash, Wattson, and Pathfinder, and the Pathfinder heirloom was a gift for my 20th birthday. JCjjltj If your EA Account is banned, you would need to contact the EA TOS Team as bans cannot be handled here on the forums.

As for the Steam bans, you would need to contact Steam's support, although if you got any VAC bans, those are typically permanent and cannot be appealed.

Hey JCjjltj,

Just to clarify, when you mention your appeals due to a Steam account hack, were those appeals with Steam or through EA? When you create an appeal with these steps, our Terms of Service team is able to review our records of what took place, including whether someone else may have accessed the account and what activity took place during that time. They'll have the tools and records necessary to review this regardless of the results of a separate Steam hack or ban.

We're unable to make any changes or discuss details of your account here on the forums, but please keep an eye on your case history page to hear back about any appeal or case you've created. The Terms of Service team has final say in these matters as the team with the visibility and records into what took place.

You're welcome to submit an additional appeal to have a different member of the team review the situation, however if it's reached a point where they mention no further appeals will be reviewed, I'm afraid that would be final and cannot be changed.

Message steam asap bro they will sort this they are like the fbi over there accounts they are the best at recovering and reviewing by far it’s not even a discussion they are so good at it we have made memes about it 😂

Thank you, my Steam-related violations have been resolved, but the EA-related bans have not been resolved, and the related case has already been closed.

Thank you for your reply. My Steam-related ban has been resolved, but the case regarding the ban on my EA Apex account has already been closed. The last response to my case was telling me not to have any expectations for this case, which is also something I am powerless about.
