I played earlier today on my laptop around 11am est time I get home and turn on my PC around 9pm to play on there and I get the notification that I am banned. I checked my email none from ea. I put in a petition to the ban that says it can be up to 14 days before I get a response. I don't cheat. I don't use a mic on the game so no communication. I would say I'm decent at the game average 3 kills a game. The only thing I can think of is that I waited until I was lvl 109 in the battle pass to buy it, that was yesterday bought it through steam. Any ideas on what could of happened or how long this will take?

No idea and i doubt someone will help you or do anything in here. We can just suggest.Contact EA and just wait and see.But if they banned you, they detect something wrong. It has nothing to do with Battle pass or whatever.You either run some kind of macro/scripts or the system detect that you use or used a hack.

Could razer cortex cause this issue?

@XS87 It very well may been flagged. They are cracking down on the hardware ID stuff. Its possible due to laptop logging in the account it may tripped the system thinking someone has accessed the account. Or someone actually did access it at one point. Either way id suspect hardware ID changes flagged the system.

@XS87 It is a possibility yes. They may have what they thought may of detected HWID spoofer changing your numbers.

Not at all saying this is the reason btw. This is more assumption of why i think it may have been banned.

Awesome so if they give me my account back I can't play on my laptop and pc on the same account. And the only way to play on both is to make 2 accounts and that's against their tos. So what would you suggest.
By the way thank you for your explanation I wouldn't think that this would be an issue

Its not from Razer software for sure. I`m running it and have zero issue.
I doubt that hey will ban your acc, just because you used it on different machine, doesn`t matter if its laptop or PC.
What does matter is, if you have been using cheats. macros or whatever on your Lapton, then that maybe the reason for the ban.

@LordloshBang I have never cheated or use macros. The only games I have moded was beat saber and skyrim vr. I use a xbox elite controller so idk what macros would even do.
