Just because they say it's about a 1:500 chance doesn't mean you're guaranteed to get it within 500 boxes. Maybe you're just unlucky. The average is being pulled from a much larger sample and is not based on your own individual sample size.
I can't believe there is a post here for this lol... How can you complain about not getting this super rare skin in 300 boxes when you claimed YOURSELF it's "guaranteed after 500" you still got 200 boxes to open if you really want to "gamble for it"
