Apex Coins spent without my permission after unauthorized access
On June 23, 2025 at 10:28 UTC, my account email was changed without my permission. Someone accessed my account from another country and spent my Apex Coins. I was able to recover my account, and even see the foreign IP in the login history. But EA Support told me they can’t validate the missing coins and can’t escalate. Please, I’m asking for someone from the senior EA team to review this. I did not spend those coins.

unfortunately, we can't help with lost purchases and hacked accounts here in the forum - only the EA Support can do that.
Please try contacting them again.
