I thought I should mention this cuz I'm feeling killed a bit,at lvl 21 I didn't get a crate at lvl 23 I didn't get a crate and I hit 24 and I didn't get crate,maybe I got one at 22? I can't remember ...

Working as intended. You'll receive 45 crates in total from levels 1-100, so it starts slowing down after about level 20.
