Apex Duo Ranked

Hi i want to ask a question. if we can play trios ranked  why cant we play duos ranked if someone knows please light me.

The same reason why we cant play solo or 4-man squad ranked; because Apex is designed to be a 3-man game and thats what the Devs are going with.. You are now lit.
