@DeanVaturi As previously said before, if it was already unwrapped and opened or such than it is most likely been used.
Even if it was wrapped, there are special ways to get inside the box without tampering with the outside wrapping. (I myself have experimented with this and was successful)
Thus, you should only be buying such items from a respected retail store such as Walmart/Target and not order items online from some random users or lesser known.
