Apex Legends - Origin Access basic flatline skin gone

Sadly the same, your not only one, even my badge is gon, i hope they can fix this. heck even check our date we purchase the Origin membership that come with exclusive  gun skin. that more that enough proof.

For now they are investigating for that issue.

I just noticed this same issue today, the legendary "In The Game" Flatline skin disappeared from my inventory, along with the badge icon. I realized it might be because my Origin Access subscription expired last week, but I thought this disappearance might not be intentional on Respawn's part. Not that I care all that much, but as a loyal Respawn fan and player who has now spent $200 on Apex coins (partially just to help the studio succeed), that strikes me as a little stingy to take back the gift. I hope they'll look into it and fix it though, doesn't seem like they'd do that intentionally. 

By the way, I did go ahead and follow EA's website instructions to delete all my Origin cache files, restarted my computer, and then repaired the installation of the game. However the Flatline skin is still missing. 

I just felt I just got scam by ea. 

well hopefully they fix it, i seeing alot comment , saying EA ticket report , too delete file, none of it work, i only paid $5 basic membership origin. just wondering , has anyone paid for membership again?,im just wondering cause if there chance you can get that deal again with free apex coin. would be bit worth it.

ALSO, the skin will be coming back maybe, just found out, when apex release patch fixing bug , allowing player gain access too origin exclusive  with out paying membership, even accessing twitch free loot with out twitch prime ,  so patch was launch , anyone who origin membership  that ended befor that patch, the game assume, you did't have membership, but you had the skin , so the game assume you use illegally method like other player , so it remove the skin from your inventory or any one else membership ended before the patch.

i did some research on youtube, finding out player who did cheat method had skin remove.
