Apex Legends Hop-up Idea

Hello,

I have an idea that could change Apex Legends: Hop Ups next season...  I think that we should add a Hop Up called: Concussion Rounds, we think that this would be used on the Longbow DMR. we think that you should choose what weapon would be appropriate for it. Now the concussion rounds would be a Legendary item that when shot, would deal a little bit less damage than it usually would(By 5-10 Damage). The reason for this is because it would slow you down by 50% speed, and distort the Legend that had been hit for 3 seconds. 

We think that the Hop up would look similar to this. If there is anything that you would like to change about it, you may do so.
