Just as an additional request, it perhaps an XP/Legend Coin boost could be added that rewards players for using Game Chat rather than Party Chat. This might encourage players who are already in Party Chat together to switch to Game Chat in order to pickup up the extra bonus. The other player or player in the match will then hear them speaking and if they want to communicate will likely speak up. If said player is abusive, annoying or distracting (e.g. playing his music in the background too loudly, etc.), the other members can always switch back to Party Chat.
