@Ypdp-A12 If you have your ea account linked to multiple devices like ps4, xbox, and/or pc the skin was likely redeemed for pc or xbox and won’t be available on your playstation until they add cross progression
@TheApexLegendNub My EA account linked ONLY to PS4 and I only play apex on ps4, so there is no reason I would get the skin on any other platform.
