apex legends: not getting prime loot (ps4)

through the prime loot page, they are offering skins. My account was fine and i would get my prime skins until my prime ran out and I got prime on a different email address. I unlinked my EA account the the Amazon account and have tried to link my new prime account.. It says that i cannot link my new account as it has been linked to a different one in the past.. I try talk to Amazon, Amazon gaming, EA and Twitch.. all do not help my issue and try to make it as difficult as possible to talk to someone, when i eventually do, EA thanks me for bringing it to their attention, that it is a bug, and they will fix it.. this was well over 2 months ago. Now with the new drops you need to watch streams for, i watch the streams and the content arrives in my game, i claim the prime loot and nothing. It tries to get me to link and its an error,  but i can still 'claim' the loot. The horizon skeleton themed skin you cannot even see in the claimable loot anymore i still haven't got. I can ''claim' the loot but will not receive it still. And in my EA account, there is no amazon account it is linked to to even unlink and all the help forums just tell you to unlink your account..
