Apex Legends Packet Loss Issue (US-East/Xbox)

Weird Connection Issue:I get the packet loss symbol on the top right of my screen all the time in ranked matches. This has been happening for the past 2 seasons. When I play solo Que it seems to only happen to me but when I play with a party of 2 or 3 it will happen to all of us at the same time. Is it a server issue with EA? Game is virtually non playable at the moment it happens to frequently.&nbsp;

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. I know connection issues are super frustrating. Have you tried the connection troubleshooting steps here? To start with, make sure you power cycle your equipment with these steps:

Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
Power it all up and try playing again

Yes always start my gaming session with doing this exactly but always end up with the packet loss. Might not happen every game but it’s pretty frequent even after a full reset of Xbox and router&nbsp;
