But yes, that's how it works.

I don't think that's how it works at all.  When I was a new player I received plenty of customizations for all of the legends I did not own.

@pandareno1999 well ok, have to try that out with the next legend coming out. Guess cause I am playing this game since release, I suggest this should be normal.

Me: Why should we get stuff of a legend we don't have Respawn?
Respawn: Cause it leads you to spend more money.
