How ridiculous this apex packs can get.... literally spent $300 USD on this game only to get 10 repetative legendary skins for guns i've never touched... and literally less than 10 purple items... and everything blue and white.... im never spending money on this game again. I actually dispise this game and just lost more money than most people would have ever spent on a free game. Im sure i cant curse out the ape god who thought it was a good idea to shower me with white and blue.... but i desperately dispise you.

Shouldnt you save your crafting materials for the skins you want?The chance of getting a legendary is lowThe chance of getting a single legendary out of over 100 other legendsries is much lower.You knew the chances when you bought the apex packs so what did you expect?

@Zkepz But as others have admitted in this thread, cosmetics are wants not needs in this game. You can't even see your own skin in game except for your gloves and wrist, and weapons.You could be the best player in Apex and never spend a dime.. However I choose to support them because they made an awesome game. Personally I don't like any of the Holiday skins, but I did throw them some dough for Halloween ones and some other stuff. So it's just a personal choice and the Heirlooms are just candy, they don't help.Not to mention you now get free loot boxes up to level 500, they give a ton of free loot but it's never enough for some unfortunately.

@DunkirkDonutz I have spent over 700 on this game trying to get the wraith heirloom, but I got the other two for bloodhound and lifeline instead. And NOW there's one for pathfinder. So like, I swear on JESUS himself, if I get that heirloom before I get the wraith heirloom... I'm putting whoever made this F!@#$ed loot system is going in my suicide note.

@DunkirkDonutz You get tons of free cosmetics, and crafting materials for free. You can then choose your own epic or legendary item you wish to craft.

They even changed it now where you get even more free loot packs and people still complain about a 100% free game with zero pay to win. The cosmetics do not help you win games.

You make a choice to support the game by purchasing those extra packs. There is no guarantee what you get in those, and you already know this before buying them.

@DunkirkDonutzI pretty much refuse to pay any of their idiotic prices except in certain circumstances

Last night I really wanted that wattson skin, but not for $18 and I wasnt gambling for $7 a box either

Ive been wanting the BloodHound/Lifeline Bundle for awhile and it also gave 2150 apex coins so I just looked at when it would end and it had a 20% discount for $31 so just went ahead and bought it so I got the wattson xmas skin and the bundles, I was kinda tempted to gamble on 3 xmas boxes instead but I only wanted certain skins and would rather get one that I want over getting ones I don’t as much

@Pure_Funk_Nugget I fully know this, but at some point one need buddies to chip in to join the fray to do ranked and fact is more then half of players care about these things. Also current monetizing trends, especially ea, been very unfair fir the buyer. Spending that amount of cash and having that low dropchance is bad. Same this goes towards the gamble act without getting anything of real value.

Thing is apex would most likelly earn more with fair monetization more in line of fortnite and others then what the been doing and what they have currently.
