You better respect your users by optimising the game properly and giving suggestions / resolutions for the problems or answers like a professional team instead of -> move this && to trash ! Thanks !

This system seems to be in place for less than a month -> realized that many of my comments were marked as spam and not published only after a few days when heated discussions stopped between me and other forum members -> I reached out to EA admins here (had DM from the past) -> comments were released and published the same day.
Seems like their system behaves the same way as Apex game :D at least consistency is there.
Otherwise I could not agree more that EA just kinda spits into at least Apex community making help.ea.com basically useless...I don't even know what you use that for these days, it just takes you in circles or to chatbot that is no better than random comment generator.
EA states forums as the place to go for tech support but really most of the issues I see here are not addresses or at best "thanks, send us loads of info, noted will see what we can do...never follows up".
It almost seems like Respawn is either not in control of their own code or they are so afraid to speak out any details regarding technical part to avoid next ALGS live attack to put them on e-sports headlines again. In comparison Riot whom I loved equally for their ticketing system, actually implemented decent chatbot and actually to my surprised uped their support where after you knock at their door hard enough / understand that most support specialists struggle with English do help out.
So yeah it is what it is... official forums lose out in terms of usability to reddit and other random shady forums. Sadly.
