APEX STORE

Every week i am looking for something to buy a weapon or a char skin with recolor in the store; even while Apex has incredibly bad prices BUT there is not a single thing i want to buy! It is complete rubbish! I am really curious about who approves these things and says okay! How? I mean come on guys you want to sell lego weaps or char skins with recolor items but they are so bad i dont want to buy anything!

You guys have such good concepts about 1-2 spitfires related to S2 but you fail to deliver a remotely decent skin which we have to wait for another week! I dont get this strategy.

  • 1800 Apex coins for any kind of ‘cool’ skin. In Australia that translates to $24 for one cosmetic. I think this is a total rip off, especially when you need the legendary skin to then use your legend tokens. I’m sure Activision handles this part of things but its a total rip. Activision you need to sort your money out and stop trying to steal from your customers. Its like a homeless person asking you for more money after you just gave them some.

I moved your post over here since it's related. Apex Legends is made by Electronic Arts, not Activision. 👍

  • @EA_Blueberry I would like to see some weapon skins sporting a silver plated and leather look, maybe some gold plated weapons with unique elegant decals.

@EA_BlueberryPersonally I'd rather see more understated, gritty skins that aren't gaudy, over the top messes :S Most of the legendary skins/epic skins make the guns look like cheap, plastic, Chinese toys.  More dirty nickel-plated stuff.  Less wakizashi's built into the underside of a gun, not protruding enough to be a bayonet, not being the correct way to use the gun as a sword if you run out of ammo, and in a location which would make it impossible for someone to hold the gun well.  The latter skin also has a strange little chopstick looking thing strapped to the hand-side of the handle, meaning you couldn't hold the gun anyway.  I'm not a pedant for realism - but having the fictional weapons be convincing in their own setting is something else.

There's very little consistency to the skins in terms of a theme either. When I played Titanfall2 the universe seemed to hang together very well. Things weren't out of place or erroneous whereas these skins for the characters/weapons just feel like there's no cohesive direction that the designers are working for at all.
