While I agree there is gap between non movement characters, that shouldn’t apply to a character who was reworked to become a movement character. Everything in her base assault kit was fine, the ult paid off for not having a dash. However since being moved to skirmisher with actual movement legends, yes she is one of if not the slowest and weakest OF THE MOVEMENT CHARACTERS. Whatever else needs to happen to non movement characters is a separate issue entirely. Like I said, the dash AND tac are useless. The ult being nerfed is useless. But she’s supposed compete in a class where everyone else can fly climb pounce and stim with reduced cooldown and go much further? Be real. Don’t add a separate argument. Your argument needs its own post. Adding a super glide and leaving double jump is insane after nerfing the dash and ult. Period.
I keep seeing a few people switching Ash to Wildcard and consistently racking up 20+ kills in games. They're unstoppable. I don't see Ash being in a bad spot. She's fine and not overdone.
Buffs aren't meant to make Legends OP.
The developers and some players don't seem to understand this.

In Ranked she's not very good though. If you want portals or rotation, Valk beats her, and if you want mobility, even Fuse knuckle jump beats Ashes dashes.
She is comparatively very weak. Wildcard is not a good example of whether a character is meta, as you essentially have infinite respawns as long as your team stays alive. She might be meta in that game mode due to how it is designed. But Apex is fundamentally a battle royale game, as in Pubs and Ranked, which is what the characters should be balanced towards.- vVv_Bjoergen_vVv1 month agoSeasoned Ace
She's still better than half the legends, so I don't know what you're talking about.
I've expressed my opinion, and I think Ash is in a good spot (neither too weak nor too strong), and that's how it should be.
