I appreciate the thought you put into this. I can't even say that I think your solution is a bad one. It isn't. But here comes the truth train:
She was so over-powered for so long, and so many people got a free ride to stupid badges because of it... that I have to own to being very happy that she's been nerfed into oblivion. If in fact she has.
No, my friend, play some other legend for now while the rest of us who stuck it out during her **bleep** show get a little well-earned rest.
She used to be at the bottom of the peak ratings, until Dash was added. We need to nerf Dash to the max, but bring back Classic Legend. Because the spike in peak rating is solely due to Dash's ability.
