ASH is bugged can't unlock for 2 seasons

n matter what i try to unlock it  doesnt let me there is no icon for me to unlock its bugged i complained and still i didnt receive any help   [CM - Edited title for CAPS]

twofacee2  Are you able to see if Ash could be unlocked on a different PC or on a connected platform account that's using the same EA Account?

my cousin lives in asia i could ask him to login and check if that unlocks from his side ima ask him and let you know mate

    For your account's security, you shouldn't share your account's login with anyone else.
