The entire Skirmisher group is already too strong. They dominate the game right now, so absolutely not. Ash is in good shape, and the lower pick rate is solely due to other Skirmisher types being overpowered, like Axle, Octane, or Wraith.
I'm leaning towards focusing on nerfing the movement, not making it even stronger.
This is my opinion, because this exaggerated movement has long since turned the game into a huge garbage dump.
I would completely disagree, her current movement is horrible compared to legends like, sparrow, fuse, rev, axle, octane, wraith. the game is shifting clearly and there is no reason for ash as a skirmisher to fall behind, elaborate on how you would nerf her movement.
