Awful teammates

I'm getting really sick of people being rude in this game and choosing to avoid to grab my banner. I wish there was a way to either report or just not have a penalty when you leave right after they leave your box there to sit for however long it takes to time out. This whole penalty thing doesn't even really help people from leaving anyways. I hate getting penalized when I am the one being left behind. Its just annoying. I'd rather leave immediately and jump into another match. I also disagree with how you are going about the looting system. I think Apex should also have a timer for the people who kill another player so they have time to get THEIR loot. Too many times have I had greedy teammates steal my loot sooner than I could grab it. I think it should lock them out of the loot box until I grab what I need or want for about 5-10 seconds. I know its probably a long shot but its annoying to have well deserved loot and get none of it, not even ammo!
