Ban players abusing in game glitch
In a Ranked game these players were abusing the "burning trident" glitch. You can shoot them but they won't take any damage. This make them to use the glitch the whole game and making them to go end ...

I've edited your post to remove the screenshots.
- Don't "name and shame." If you see a suspected cheater, please report them by using the appropriate tools. We can't take any action against such accounts on Answers HQ, and such posts can lead to harassment.

- @EA_Antonio Hey, quick question. Why would you remove the screenshots? That player clearly knew he was cheating therefore he should be banned and it’s happening in a bunch of matches too. These bugs are getting out of hand. Please do something better about it, I know that you can quickly fix these bugs in a few days. I personally have seen what you guys as a company can do. I grew up in the Star Wars Battlefront and PVZ GW era. Those were great games that had little to no glitches. Unlike Apex with us unfortunately the opposite.
My intention is not to harass or shame anyone. Just calling out cheaters or exploiters that get away with this. Every single game. I was not able to report in game unfortunately. With with screenshots attached there's no better proof to let you know this guys were exploring a glitch. I'm just doing my part to get this game as clean and fun as possible. Thanks
- @arturdzgn Yeah I agree. I’ve seen this glitch several times. It sucks how EA took away your screenshots for “don’t ‘name and shame.’” If you’re abusing a glitch, which there is a lot, that person deserves to be reported and banned or suspended.

- @7639c54a55fd4e79 If you read the EA guidelines then they believe games are for everyone. I guess that also means people who abuse glitches.
The official Respawn/EA employees don't read or care about this forum in my experience. This forum has no power to it. They just send around their forum "champions" that gain a nice banner to tell everyone hey this guy is nothing else than an active user in forum and is not an official employee and therefor can't do anything.

It has been like this for a few of days now, so either people are not getting banned as they should be or you are not protecting the game from cheats by fixing the bug.Get on with it, maybe if I give you some overpriced Apex Coins you'd do something? :o

It might help to understand why we have a forum rule on naming and shaming. The forum rule is there to protect people from cyberbullying. It makes it quite clear that any naming of other people and shaming them isn't going to fly on Answers HQ. It's unconscionable to allow witch hunts or dogpiling, so we don't. There's a zero-tolerance policy on any naming and shaming here as a result.
Now, because bashing other people isn't allowed on this forum, does that mean you can't flag potential cheaters to EA? Not at all. In the same rule, we share a link to our EA Help article on how fans can let us know about potential cheaters and harassment. Following the steps in that article ensures the reports go straight through to our teams who are actively investigating and actioning cheating activity and bad actors.
TL:DR The rule isn't there to shut down reports or protect cheaters from getting their comeuppance. It's to prevent cyberbullying while providing a safe and fair way for our fans to let us know about potential cheaters and harassment.
As there is nothing anyone on Answers HQ can do with these reports, I'll close this thread from here. Please, follow the steps in the EA Help article linked above to report suspicous activity.
