@MonacoianQuite sure they dont make these mouse specifically for players to exploit and alter a games mechanics.... I even use these mouses when coding.... It allows me to insert sections of code by click etc. So they are built for a wide range of use. Not to exploit games mechanics.
Just because the mouse can do such macros does not mean thats how the game intended these devices to be used on their platforms. They intended for fair game play and instead get players who exploit their mouses abilities to exploit games. There is a difference in right and wrong and you are trying to justify a major wrong...
- 5 years ago@E9ine_AC You didn't get me at all. You're like an ant, and anyone who takes advantage of the features of their gaming mouse is a BIG BOOT.
If you are so upset that people with nice gaming mouses use the software for their benefit, why don't you file a lawsuit against EA, Razer, Logitech, BenQ, Bloody and etc ??? Writing here "Oh, they are not professionals, they take advantage of their mouses" and stuff like that will not stop people to use macro or EA to block them.- E9ine_AC5 years agoHero+@Monacoian If its allowed then why have there been bans in the past for specifically macro and scripting? It has happen before on apex.... Yet its allowed? Read the terms of service.
- 5 years ago@E9ine_AC Bans in Apex for Logitech, Bloody, Razer, BenQ macro???? FOR REAL WHERE, SHOW ME!!! Everyone who has been blocked for a macro (they call it a macro), but they are lying, they used python and hotkey scripts and python and hot-keys are bannable. Like I said in my post above Python and Hot-keys scripts are used by people without gaming mouses, that's why they go into bans because it's not licensed software. The software of Razer, Logitech, BenQ, Bloody, and others are licensed and accepted. And as I said, if you are so sad and cry every night because people like to smash others with macro - file a lawsuit against EA that their ToS says one things, but they allow you to play with macro. Just go ahead try to change their system in the court and stop acting like a professor here. MACRO will keep smashing and people with cheap mouses will keep crying.

A macro capable mouse cannot be banned on a software level. The Logitech G502 and many others have onboard memory. That means it requires no software to function. Theoretically it could run any macro and it would appear like it was manually done. This could never be fully blocked without also blocking any other player that aims well. I think using macros takes the fun out of the game. Having no recoil or rapid firing is lazy and I prefer having full aim control rather than using a macro that may or may not function properly.
That being said, the actual wall hack, aim bot, lag switch hackers on PC have forced me unto Xbox. Xbox has very little cheating with the exception of the XIM, Titan2, etc that plagues Predator lobbies. Some predator streamers on console even admit using them.
*In the end its just a game. Go outside and play if it makes you mad*
- E9ine_AC5 years agoHero+@Pallo420 There are many post on these forums of players asking why they have been banned for scripting and using macro. Most likely openly admitted they used it or some form was seen they did use it and justified a ban.
So when those bans did happen it most likely was a sure cut case cause they indeed was banned for doing so. Just cant catch them all i suppose.
