i got ban from no reason from 5 months in my main account now i created this account to play with my friends i played 3 hours and i got banned so i think i have hardware ban I DIDN'T do anything the ...

    Hey @WhiteCanaryx1,

    Unfortuantely we can't help with ban here on the forums. I can only direct you to our terms of service team, but if they've repeatedly declined your appeals then there's nothin else I can recommend. They have the final say in whether or not bans get lifted.
