So instead of delayed damage from the ult (waiting for it to explode), it's instant (upon impact)? I like the concept, but to balance it maybe slow the rate at which the missiles hit the ground (a slower volley of missiles), or make the warning cues more apparent (i.e. flare for signal is brighter, incoming air strike sound is earlier, or a funny whistle affect that you see in cartoons that signals something is falling).
I do fear that this ult might be too similar to gibraltar's. Although this one is more of a carpet bomb and gibralatar's is more random.

@Adendon No, it'd still have the big boom damage. Just additional small damage upon impact, but it'd have a much smaller radius than Gibraltars. Just something to make bangalore's ult feel more useful
- 5 years ago@billybobbjoebob Then in that case instead of a stun, I'd rather have a tiny knockback per missile hit or cloud enemy vision. I think a stun would be too op since it'd be almost a guaranteed hit every time if you don't have a skill to counter it.
Personally I think bangalore's ult needs a change as you say, but giving it stun, even in a small radius, would guarantee a kill.- 5 years ago@Adendon I could agree with a knockback or haze vision. I just knew it needed something. And I figured a stun would be too powerful, which is why I suggested like a second or two
- 5 years ago@billybobbjoebob But Bangalores ultimate kinda does stun the enemy team already when the missiles explode. Its not much but its enough i think but i do agree with a small amount of damage upon impact or maybe another suggestion could be including damage if an enemy is inside of a building?
- 5 years ago@billybobbjoebob It definitely shouldn't have a smaller radius than Gibraltar's air strike.
- 5 years ago@Sir_Named No, I meant like per missile. The damage done by the missiles on impact shouldn't reach as far as the explosions from gibraltars missiles. Nothing changes on how much ground the missiles cover or their explosion range
