The two buffs I can think of for Bangalore is this:
- Scan durations are depleted 50% faster when in Smoke. So if Scanned by Bloodhound/Seer their scan duration on Bangalore is depleted 50% faster when you're going through/standing in Smoke; unchanged for Crypto. (i.e. Scanned by Seer and you were walking around scanned for 4 secs before entering smoke, the rest of the scan would go for 2 seconds while in the smoke if you remain in it, totaling 6 seconds instead of 8; works same for Bloodhound scan)
- Bangalore has either 20/25% reduced ADS penalty on weapons OR slightly faster reload on AR/Marksman weapons
